I. Call Meeting to Order : 12:42

II. Attendance (Roll Call): Nick Calandra, Ryne McCord, Jackie Guglietta, Josef Beamer, Quinneka McDonald, Kelly Pozantides, Joelle DelMonte, Brenna Gerwitz, Megan Lumadue, Eric Richardson, Anthony Passerino, Faith Lesniak, Diana Marchiano, Alex Lindauer , Shelby Little, Jamie Wisner, Caitlin Reese, and Jessica Newcombe

V. Advisor Reports: Advisor Lakeisha Flood- Welcome Back! First LGBT Conference at UB on April 16th-April 18th, 2010, please let me know if you are interested in attending. Club Leadership training at 12:30, Club Council Meeting at 12:35 and a signup sheet is going around for at least 5 returning members to come to an Org Sync training.

VI. Executive Reports:

• Treasurer Josef Beamer – SGA account not working currently, will have a report in a written document.

• SAB REPORT- (VP of Programming Jackie Guglietta) – Casino night went well. Grease will be at Shea’s March 23rd, tickets are $15 and the show is at 7:30pm. Will be leaving at 6. Wear pink shirts. Announced that New Found Glory is coming to Medaille last Wednesday will also send out a press release, tickets go on sale the 25th.

• President Nick Calandra- During SGA office hours there will be a sign-up sheet to meet with all senators and see what your plans are. Also need two senators to work on awards for EOTYB. Senator Shelby Little and Senator Jamie Wisner volunteered. Look for an e-mail.

• VP of Legislation Ryne McCord- Welcome to Legislation Day!

• Public Relations Coordinator- Kelly Pozantides- Volunteer committee will be having a clothing drive.

III. Chairperson, Committee, Senator Reports:

• Club Council- Chair Joelle DelMonte- Meeting on Wednesday for Club Council. Sent out an e-mail to clubs who received 10 percent budget cut. Meeting will be held in Main 215.

• Decorations Committee- A meeting will be held on March 24thm 2010 at 12:30 to discuss decorations and sub-committees and pull everything together.

• Senator Jessica Newcombe- Future Teacher’s Club is having Bingo this Tuesday at 7PM in the lecture hall. Prizes include a flat screen TV and DVD player. Prizes were donated.

• Constitution-Revision 1- Article IV called to vote by Senator Eric Richardson and Treasurer Josef Beamer. Motion passes 16-0-0. Revision 2- Article V called to vote by Senator Jamie Wisner and Senator Megan Lumadue. Motion passes 16-0-0. Revision 3- Article VI called to vote by Senator Eric Richardson and Senator Catlin Reese. Motion passes 16-0-0.Revision 4- Article VI called to vote by Senator Catlin Reese and Senator Megan Lumadue. Motion passes 16-0-0. Revision 5-Article VI called to vote by Senator Alex Lindauer and Senator Brenna Gerwitz. Motion passes 16-0-0. Revision 6-Article VI- Club Council By-Laws see Club Council Chair Joelle DelMonte’s handout. Revision called to vote by Tresuer Josef Beamer and Senator Brenna Gerwitz. Motion passes 16-0-0. Revision 7- Article IX called to vote by Senator Brenna Gerwitz and Senator Anthony Passerino. Revision 1 votes 10-0-0. Revision 2 votes 6-0-0. Motion passes for revision 1, 10-0-0.Revision 8- Article IX called to vote by Senator Alex Lindauer and Senator Caitlin Reese. Motion passes 15-1-0. Revision 9-Article X11called to vote by Senator Jessica Newcombe and Senator Jamie Wisner. Motion passes 16-0-0.

a. Revisions made- Article II- Club Registration Process/Procedure Section 2 line 3- funds.

b. Revisions made-Article II-Club Registration Process/Procedure Section 5 lines A- if the designated member cannot attend they must defer task to another member in his or her absence. An e-mail must be sent a week prior to Club Council Chair.

c. Revision Article XII, Section 1 – and funds.

• Club Council by- Laws- Club Council Chair Joelle DelMonte, handed out club registration Process/ Procedures for Legislation day.

Senator Jamie Wisner requested that further legislation voting be postponed to next SGA meeting, March 22nd, 2010.
