I. Call Meeting to Order: 12:37 PM

II. Attendance (Roll Call): Nick Calandra, Ryne McCord, Jackie Guglietta, Josef Beamer, Quinneka McDonald, Kelly Pozantides, Joelle DelMonte, Brenna Gerwitz, Megan Lumadue, Eric Richardson, Anthony Passerino, Faith Lesniak, Diana Marchiano, and Christopher Ripley, Alex Lindauer , Katie Vanderwerken, Shelby Little, Jamie Wisner, Caitlin Reese, and Jessica Newcombe.

III. Approval of Agenda: Treasurer Josef Beamer and Jamie Wisner.

IV. Approval of Minutes: Eric Richardson and Diana Marchiano.

V. Advisor Reports:

VI. Executive Reports:
• Treasurer Josef Beamer – $91,044.00 in the overall SGA account and $11,216.52 in the SGA account.

• VP of Programming Jackie Guglietta (SAB) - Tomorrow is Casino Night at 7PM in the Sullivan Center, please wear your pink shirts to advertise. March 3rd, 2010 is the announcement of the band coming in April. Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010 is Grease at Shea’s $15 a ticket.

• President Nick Calandra- Please check your e-mail in the next couple of weeks.

• VP of Legislation Ryne McCord- March 3rd, 2010 is the Constitution Committee meeting in the clubs room at 12:30PM. March 15th, 2010 will be legislation day.


VII. Chairperson, Committee, Senator Reports:
• Club Council Chair Joelle Delmonte- Some clubs had a 10 percent cut from their clubs budget for not attending the Club Council meeting, Club Council By-Laws will be discussed next meeting.

• Decorations Committee- Senator Brenna Gerwitz confirmed a meeting will be tonight at 6:30PM, if are unable to attend a meeting will be this Friday at 12:30PM.

• Public Relations Coordinator Kelly Pozantides- SGA Meet & Greet will be March 26th at 12:30 on the 4th floor of Main, every member must attend.

• Multicultural Club- Proposed an increase of funds for their budget to continue diversity programs. The proposal was for $881.70. Senator Lumadue and Wisner moved the proposal into questioning. Senators Lumadue and Richardson moved the proposal into debate. Senators Reese and Lumadue moved the proposal into a vote. The proposal passed 15-3-1.

• Resident Student Council- Asked for additional funding for “Step Right Up” Carnival, in conjunction with Commuter Student Council and the Student Involvement Center. The proposal was for an additional $5,000. Treasurer Beamer and Senator Lindauer moved the proposal into questioning. Senator Lumadue and Newcombe moved the proposal into debate. Senator Lumadue and Treasurer Beamer moved the proposal into a vote. The proposal passed 13-4-2.

X. Motion to Adjourn: Senator Wisner and Richardson.

*3/15 meeting about constitution/club policies.
